AutoBITS ships from Perth, Western Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the part size, shipping class, and delivery address.
Australia-wide shipping
Most small Subaru parts are shipped using Australia Post satchel-style packaging where suitable. Larger, heavy, long, or fragile parts may require courier delivery. Standard shipping and urgent freight options are shown at checkout where available.

Urgent freight
Urgent freight is an optional checkout method for Australian delivery addresses. Satchel-eligible parts are sent using Express Post where suitable. Bulky, heavy, long, fragile, or unusual parts may use courier urgent freight instead.
Urgent freight receives priority packing where practical, but dispatch and delivery times still depend on payment clearance, order time, carrier availability, destination, public holidays, weather, and network delays.

Local pickup may be available for Perth metro postcodes 6000-6199 where shown at checkout. Please wait for confirmation before collecting an order.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment clears. Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, public holidays, weather, and network delays. Australia Post and courier delivery estimates shown at checkout or by tracking providers are estimates only.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Please allow time for tracking scans to appear after the parcel has been lodged.
Multiple items
If an order contains multiple parts, checkout may calculate shipping based on the largest or most suitable package class. We may combine items into one parcel where practical.
Bulky and oversize items
Some bulky, heavy, long, fragile, or unusual parts may need courier handling or a revised freight quote before dispatch. If the checkout rate is not suitable for the final packed item, we will contact you before shipping.
International shipping
Checkout shipping is available for New Zealand and the United Kingdom. International shipping is calculated by destination and product shipping class, with prices shown in Australian dollars at checkout.

Incorrect address or returned parcels
